Yuro & Associates provided engineering support for infrastructure upgrades with TECO Peoples Gas. The project scope included the installation of new and replacement mains and services, along with deep bore design where needed to navigate challenging subsurface conditions—all contributing to safer, more efficient gas delivery systems.

Yuro & Associates provided full site design and engineering services for this 18.6-acre community park. The project includes four baseball fields, a large artificial turf multiuse field, batting cages, a concession stand, and restroom facilities—delivering a complete recreational space for local residents and youth programs.

On this 6.2-acre site, we provided engineering and site design for a multi-facility golf training center. Key improvements included a 4,500 SF golf performance building, 1,100 SF pickleball pavilion, six pickleball courts, a new putting green, and an expanded driving range—all designed to enhance the club’s athletic and social amenities.

This 22.6-acre development included full site planning and engineering for a 5,000-seat professional soccer stadium—home of the 2022 USL League One Champions. The project scope also included layout and planning for future commercial parcels, residential tracts, and critical off-site improvements.

This project involved a comprehensive evaluation of approximately 8 miles of residential roadways. Our team assessed existing pavement conditions and developed a phased resurfacing and rehabilitation plan, optimizing long-term durability and community access.
